After retiring from a long teaching career, I challenged myself to complete a painting a day for a year. However after completing 250 paintings, the desire to teach returned. Balancing my classes, continuing to paint professionally and enjoying grandchildren, I have been blessed with a busy and rewarding "retirement". My students, aged 7 - 75, are now showing their talents in our Spring Art Show at Rainbow Forest Baptist Church in Troutville, Va. Come and visit, The church is open weekdays and most weekends.
